Mystery Mix Terms & Conditions
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
The competition is being ran by My Fabulosa Ltd registered in the United Kingdom with registered office at Unit 8, Airfield Road, Wardle, Nantwich, United Kingdom, CW5 6LQ.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants in the United Kingdom who are over 18 years of age. My Fabulosa Ltd employees, their family, agents, and any other person connected with this competition are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
To enter the competition, entrants must scan the QR code on Mystery Mix bottle 1, 2, or 3 (found on the reverse of label) and submit the relevant details.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Entrants will be directed to a URL webpage where they will be required to enter a valid email address, full name and date of birth.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The Prize
The competition opens on Wednesday 15th March 2023 and closes at midnight Sunday 30th April 2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
The winning prize will be £1,000 cash (one thousand pounds).
There will be 1 winner of the competition and all correct entries across the 3 Mystery Mixes will be put into a draw and 1 winner will be chosen at random.
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities related to the competition.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
My Fabulosa Ltd reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
My Fabulosa Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of My Fabulosa Ltd’s control.
My Fabulosa Ltd is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
My Fabulosa Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Competition.
The winner will allow 28 days for the prize to be paid into their account.
The prize money will be paid via BACs payment in the name of the winner only.
My Fabulosa Ltd’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the closing date and must respond within 28 days to claim the prize.
My Fabulosa Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and My Fabulosa Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by My Fabulosa Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@myfabulosa.co.uk.
The winner's first name will be announced on My Fabulosa Ltd’s website and social media channels.
